Dales Countryside Museum

Interactive graphics, information panels and identity

The Dales Countryside Museum tells the story of the people and landscape of the Yorkshire Dales past and present, and stimulates visitors to think about its future.

I designed a series of panels and interactive family activities for their 2010 summer exhibition ‘Treasured Possessions’. It aims to engage young people with their heritage, and used the fifties and Victorian era to highlight objects that have been special in the past. The project is now touring local schools.

“We're really pleased with the things and the style you've created! It will be great to see it here at DCM. Michelle - your enthusiasm has been fab!”

“We're really pleased with it and have had some lovely comments in the feedback folder.”
