'St Bees', Cumbria –

Original Linocut Print

The inspiration for this print came from a walk along St Bees Head.

St Bees on the west coast of Cumbria is the start of Wainwright's infamous Coast to Coast walk. The 188 mile walk from St Bees crosses the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors.  finishing at Robin Hood's Bay, a fishing village on the Yorkshire Coast.
