How do I order your original linocut prints?
Original linocut prints can be purchased from my Online Shop. Prices start from £20.

How will you deliver my order?
Standard delivery UK
Deliveries are available by post.
Coronavirus update. To limit the amount of times I go to the Post Office, I will be posting orders once a week with pre-paid postage.
How much does delivery cost?
£0.00 - £20.00 Packing & delivery will be £2.00
£20.01 - £25.00 Packing & delivery will be £3.00
£25.01 - £100 Packing & delivery will be £5.00
£100.01 - £300.00 Packing & delivery will be £10.00
More than £300 Packing & delivery will be £15.00

Orders can be picked up from my York studio.
Please allow 5 working days. I will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

Although I am a one person business, I can usually accommodate. For urgent orders I use Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
How is my order delivered?
Orders up to £20 are delivered using Royal Mail’s UK Standard 2nd class service.
Orders over £20 - £99.99 are delivered using Royal Mail’s UK Signed For 2nd class service.
A signature is required on delivery.
Orders over £100 are delivered using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.
A signature is required on delivery.
How long will my order take?
Please allow 3-10 working days for preparing and posting your order. Normally orders are posted within 3-5 days.
Orders are posted within 10 days when I am occasionally out of the studio on research trips.
How is my order packaged?
Your order will be sent to you flat in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Do you post orders to other destinations?
If you would like us to ship to a destination not listed above, please contact me first.
Please note that any customs fees or import charges incurred are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
I am happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned to me in perfect condition. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage. Prints should be returned to Michelle Hughes Design. Please contact me for details. I would recommend using recorded delivery to return items. Please include a copy of your receipt and your contact details. Once I've received the print(s), in the condition in which they were sent, I can either offer you an alternative print or a full refund of the print value (excluding packing and postage). I would request that you return the print(s) to me within 14 working days of receipt.
In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.
What is an original print?
All of the linocut prints in my shop are original prints. These are printed by hand and are limited editions, signed and numbered. These are not digital reproductions or giclee prints.
Linocut printing is a handmade process and variation in colour and detail will occur. This adds to their individuality by making each print unique.
My greetings cards are all digitally printed reproductions of my original prints.

Please get in touch if you are looking for a specific print from my printmaking page that is not available in my shop. I may have limited stock with slight colour variations.
