Delivery & Returns

You can order my original hand-printed linocut prints directly from my Online Shop.(/collections) If you prefer not to order online, feel free to contact me,(/contact) and I will be happy to help.

You can collect your order free of charge from my studio in Holgate, York. Please allow 3–5 working days ( its often quicker) for preparation. I’ll contact you when your order is ready. Most orders are ready within 1–3 days. Occasionally, I may be away from the studio on research trips around Yorkshire, gathering inspiration for new prints. If that happens, the dates will be shown at the top of my website.

There’s no such thing as truly free postage. Rather than hiding delivery costs in the price of the artwork, I prefer to be transparent. My original linocut prints are priced the same whether you buy them: • online • directly from my studio • at a print fair • or through a gallery Postage and packing simply covers Royal Mail delivery and protective packaging, including the Lil Packaging materials I use to ensure your print arrives safely.

If you need a print urgently for a special occasion or gift, please get in touch. Although I run a one-person printmaking business, I can often help with urgent orders. In these cases, I use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

The minimum order for postage is £20. This can be met by combining items such as packs of greetings cards. There is no minimum order for studio collection.

Your linocut print will be packed flat, protected with acid-free backing and placed in sturdy protective packaging. Everything is carefully packed so your original artwork arrives safely.

Orders through my website are currently available for delivery to: • England • Scotland • Wales

Due to new GPSR regulations introduced in December 2024, I’m currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. As a small independent business, we unfortunately cannot meet the compliance requirements at the moment. I will update this page if the situation changes.

Possibly. If you would like to order a print outside the UK, please contact me and I will check the postage costs and customs requirements. International orders require customs forms to be completed at the Post Office, so I may not always be able to process these during busy periods. Any customs charges or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you change your mind, you can return your order provided the item is unused and in perfect condition. Please: • Contact me within 14 days of delivery • Return the item within 30 days of delivery Who pays for return postage? Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. When will I receive my refund? Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been safely returned. Please note: • refunds cover the cost of the goods only • original postage costs are not refunded

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos if you can. I will replace any damaged items.
