Linocut Printing Workshop, 9 Feb 2019

This weekend I’ve taught two workshops. On Saturday Andrea, Elle, Jane and Hannah joined me for ‘Introduction to linocut printing’ workshop.

The two independent bookings coincidentally turned out to be mums and daughters. A great idea and something I’d like to do with mine if she lived a bit closer.

Everyone was a complete beginner to linocut but picked up the carving and printing really quickly. So there was time to try different colour ways, hand colour some designs and carve and print some card designs.

What did you enjoy the most about the day?
